Open Cashier and choose Deposit

Enter amount and confirm

Check your wallet balance
Once the transaction clears, the amount is added straight to your phqq wallet balance. The status updates in Account History so you can track it in real time.

When you are ready to move funds out, head to the Cashier and select Withdraw. The payout methods available to you match the ones you have already used or verified on your account — Maya, GCash and Bank Transfer are the standard options for Philippines account holders. Selecting a method opens a form where you enter the amount you want to withdraw; the field shows the minimum and maximum applicable to your account at that moment, so check those before typing a figure. If your account verification is not yet complete, the Cashier will prompt you to finish it before the withdrawal can proceed. That is a security step we run on every account, not a delay specific to you.
Open Cashier and select Withdraw
From the account dashboard, tap Cashier then Withdraw. Your verified payout methods are listed; select Maya, GCash or Bank Transfer.
Enter the withdrawal amount
Type an amount within the minimum and maximum shown for your chosen method. The form will flag if the figure is outside your current account limits.
Complete identity verification if prompted
If your account has not yet passed verification, the Cashier will ask you to finish it now. Submit the required document and return to the withdrawal form once approved.
Submit and track status in Account History
Confirm the withdrawal. Your phqq balance is updated immediately, and the transaction status — pending, processing or completed — shows in Account History.

Transactions move through Pending, Processing and Completed. A status stuck on Pending longer than you expect is the trigger to contact support — quote the reference number and the method used.
Account History
Account History in your phqq dashboard is the single record of all Cashier activity. It shows the date, method, amount and status for every deposit and withdrawal linked to your account.
Evidence to Keep
For Bank Transfer, save the InstaPay or PESONet trace number from your bank app. For GCash and Maya, keep the in-app receipt. Support will ask for these if a transaction needs manual review.
